A: murky dark ruby red color with some light brown notes mixed in
S: caramel, wheat bread, toffee, grass, fresh dough, and some noble hops
T: follows the nose pretty close. Caramel malts and a hint of light chocolate upfront and sweet berries. Huge whole grain bread flavor behind that. A touch of rye, or pepper on the sides of the tongue. Lemongrass and that Lager hop crispness on the side of the tongue to finish
M: medium mouthfeel. Carbonation level is mid-high
O: malts are shining here. Has the crisp lager profile, but nice sweet malt backbone. Assuming this is a Schwarzbier, the appearance could be a bit darker
