Across the muddy waves of space a spiral river cuts a silky course up a cosmic canyon. At the milky basin lies a swing outside a porch poised for quiet contemplation. A fuzzy claw frets away so lets dum ditty do it. The resinators got us hypnotized and we done dusted up ‘nother Lactose IPA bright with Cascade, Denali, Mosaic & Ekuanot hops. Inlayed with soft German pilsner, Great Plains pale malt and wrapped in the velvet mittens of white wheat, red wheat and milk sugar this IPAs song is sweet, hoppy and true. Notes of spongy pineapple cake, berry parfait, spicy diced mango, milk sugar and oatmeal.

On draught at the brewery. It pours an opaque, turbid straw-yellow color with a thin, creamy milk-white head that dissipated quickly leaving a thin sheen of lacing. It has a very citrusy smell of lemon, lime, grapefruit, and a whiff of lactose. The taste features lemon, grapefruit, pineapple, honeydew, and lactose. The Vic Secret, El Dorado, and Belma hops are delicate but flavorful with minimal bitterness. On the whole, it's playfully tangy. This ale is smooth and fairly creamy with lively carbonation, and a punchy 7.5% ABV that gives it nice substance. Overall, Alien Drawl is a nice NE style IPA with lots of tang and a great mouth feel. Twin Elephant is now pumping out hazy IPAs like the Beatles did B-sides.

A: super hazy pale straw color with just a hint of orange and a rocky vibrant white head
S: tons of pineapple, mango, sweet citrus, creamsicle, strawberry, and apricot. A sweet, bready malt presence in the background
T: sweet orange and some raw hops upfront. Some mango and that creamsicle taste behind that. A little chalky with a noticeable biscuity character. Raw hop burn continues throughout
M: medium, extremely fluffy mouthfeel with low carbonation
O: great nose on this, but it needs a bit more time in the tank. The hop burn is just a touch too strong as I’m sipping this at the brewery.
