A: super hazy matte pale orange color with a thin bright white head
S: sweet citrus, green apple, banana, and some barnyard funk behind that. A little bit of coriander and sweet orange zest behind that
T: sweet orange and spicy yeast upfront. Creamsicle and sweet pineapple behind that. A touch of green apple skin at the end
M; lighter side of medium, almost fluffy, which is a little weird for a Saison. Medium carbonation
O: this is more of a pale ale than a Saison in most respects to me. The little bit of green apple adds a nice layer to this though, and helps balance it out. A nice drinking brew for sure, but tastes more of a Pale Ale than Saison - but it is labeled as a hoppy Saison, so fits the bill for what they’re calling it
