A; hazy, muted yellow and caramel color with a touch of amber. A ligh, frothy 2 finger white head which is almost soda-like
S: interesting. Coconut, pineapple, mango, strawberry, kiwi, vanilla, apricot and passionfruit. Crackery malt backbone with a touch of caramel. Smells like a tropical beach
T: coconut, vanilla pineapple and mango. Strawberry, guava, passionfruit and strawberry behind that. This tastes identical to the aroma. Sweet earthy grass and grains, with a fresh bready malt backbone. A touch of hop burn on the back of the throat to close
M: medium, slightly-fluffy with low carbonation
O: very interesting. Strata is extremely tropical apparently. Tastes almost like a tropical cocktail. Very tropical. If you’re in the mood for something like this, it’s very good
