A; slightly hazy dark straw yellow color with a hint of orange. Silky 2 finger head
S: lemongrass, grass, sweet grains, lemon zest, floral hops, pepper, and cardamom
T: sweet grains, lemongrass, pepper spice. Caramel, grass, sweet herbal earthy notes. Finish is cardamom, honey, and sweet grains
M: lighter side of medium, medium carbonation
O: very nice Saison. Refreshing and full of flavor with a nice amount of spice. Would buy again for sure. My one knock is it’s a touch too cloudy
