A: hazy bright straw yellow color with a hint of orange. 2 finger frothy bright white head. Looks like you could rest a coin on this
S: huge punch of lemon, orange, and herbal hops. Earthy woody aroma behind that with juicy pears and green apple. Some Brett funk in here as well - a touch of barnyard. Crackers and wheat behind those. The finish is crisp and has more of that juicy apple skin along with an amazing floral rose note
T: super vibrant taste. Pears, green apple skin and a real nice mellow funk upfront. Crackers and sweet lemon zest behind that. Smooth sweet grains and a nice floral taste being this together. Finish is sweet, yet crisp
M: light mouthfeel with medium carbonation
O: awesome beer. It is light, yet full of flavor and has a respectable mouthfeel. Awesome spring & summer beer
