A: slightly hazy blonde yellow color with a small white head
S: pear, green apple, Belgian yeast, grass, hay, lemongrass, sweet citrus, and a touch of funk. Absolutely awesome aroma
T: barnyard funk, pears, green apple skin, and hay. Lemongrass, and some band aid funk too. Awesome
M: medium mouth with high carbonation
O: awesome Saison. Twin Elephant kills the Saisons and this is no exception. Abv is very high for the style though so be careful

Pint on draught at the brewery. It pours a hazy, golden straw color with a foamy, bright white head and soapy lacing. The nose is typical Saison: lemon, banana, clove, and Belgian yeast. Its taste features lemon peel, oaty cracker, pear, and funky Belgian yeast. There is a touch of pepper at the finish. The carbonation is lively and it punches hard at 8.5% ABV. Overall, it's a nicely brewed Saison but Twin Elephant has brewed better examples of this style.
