a: golden amber color with some light brown and copper notes. slight chill haze after it's poured. poured a nice 3 finger fizzy off-white head that faded extremely quickly
s: some tart citrus upfront followed by a sweet grainy note. slight band aid funk alongside some of the generic barnyardy funky notes. sweet lemons, pears, green apple, and green apple sauce. some bruised bananas and clove towards the back. a bit odd having such a sweet, fruity note in here for a Saison
t: mild pears and green apples upfront followed by a pepper spice. a bit of Brett funk, but just like the initial flavors its very mild. white grapes and some generic sweet citrus. a big bready backbone. the finish is very dry and another big vinous white grape note
m: light mouthfeel with low carbonation, too low for a Saison IMO
o: this one seems very mild, and very vinous. it reminds me of a carbonated white wine almost. i'm trying hard to pull some other flavors out of that but it's a bit tough. drinks very very easy though despite it being 9.2%. Not too impressed with this one
