A: clear golden amber color. Thin 1 finger bright white head
S: sweet grains, grass, lemongrass. Slight pepper, crisp malts and a big bready crackery backbone
T: follows the nose. Nice sweet grains and grass. A touch of sweet malts and a huge crackery presence. Straightforward and delicious
M: light mouthfeel with medium high carbonation
O: really nice beer. Could use a touch of hops, but very enjoyable. Just lacks a little head presence
