This beer is simply well water, Eraclea pilsner malt, lager yeast and Saphir, Saaz & Strisselspalt hops given time to come together to beautify in age. Apart from being clean and crisp, as a good pilsner should be, there's enough room for the honey and crackers of the malt to weave with the lemon peel, floral and flowery spice of the hops where nothing is singing over anything else. A little concerto.

a: grainy amber color with a 1/2 finger white head
s: sweet grains, lemongrass, grass, hay, and some noble earthy hops
t: grainy and earthy notes upfront. noticeable earthy hop bitterness and a herbal note. crusty bread backbone
m: light mouthfeel with strong carbonation
o: brewery lists it as an Italian Pilsner. it's got a more earthy note than a German pilsner, and it's missing some of that lager spice. not bad though and easy to drink

Clear gold/orange appearance
Medium light carbonation with a just below average body
Aroma is very weak but not unpleasant. Citrus,sour candy,malt and some cereal
