a: slightly murky burnt yellow color with some orange and light brown notes. pours a fizzy, 2-3 finger head that seems to fade pretty quick. wish the head stuck around a bit longer
s: huge earthy dirty note followed by loads of coriander and cardamom. grass, grains, and lemongrass follow. a touch of generic citrus and some earthy sweetness. pears and green apple, with a faint hint of banana
t: pears, coriander and green apple skin. light caramel and crusty bread follow. cardamom and lemongrass behind that. grainy citrus and more coriander along with sweet grains
m: light mouthfeel with high carbonation
o: really solid Saison. a bit more funk would be nice, but that's ok this is still really tasty with a nice aroma. my knock would be i wish the head stay a bit longer. nice beer for the style
