Poured on tap at Pen Druid into a 10oz globe glass.
Real nice peach and light colored apricot yellow, with a bit of an unfiltered appearance. Creamy top presented with fluffy white head, but only given half a finger to settle to a simple collar. Solid looking brew.
Mild soft funky notes from their house strain yeast, but gives off a sage and floral quality. Comes off more saison like on the nose than an IPA, with not too much hop profile to discern. A very nice smelling brew though and quite garden and earthy smelling.
Palate seems to get into a bit more punch and heat than the nose indicates. Peppery mild sensing mid palate with a full body and a bit of stinging pine. Has a wonderful peppermint finish that accents with mild pepper warmth that gives off some nice heat. Warmth later on brings just a hint of tropics and pineapple, all flowing through a surprising crisp like body.
A real nice take, quite a bit of a hybrid but goes for more of the wild kick and a good one. Delicious brew.

like Jupiter, not a typical "IPA". 3rd beer I've had with that "flower" wild culture and I dig its versatility. crisp floral notes, backed with hops and some oak
