Had this on tap at the Meddlesome Moth in Dallas after a Glen Miller Orchestra concert.
Hazy yellow color nice head and persistent curtain lacing. Floral and herbal smell and taste. Earthy with a dry bitter finish. A bit thin but overall pretty good!

First, I don't think that "American Blonde" describes this beer very well. The bar I'm at calls it a Farmhouse Ale. It's that, or else a Belgian Saison. The yeast and funk is closer to Belgian than American Blonde.
The appearance is cloudy golden, with a fluffy head and nice lacing.
The smell is yeasty but pretty underwhelming. The taste is citrus (lemon), with quite a bit of honey and that yeast.
Overall, it's a solid farmhouse ale, well worth trying.

Had on tap. This one missed the mark by actually leaning too heavily on the adjunct flavor of honey. Too sweet, with the souring oak only adding to it, yeast can only help so much. Smell is more pleasant, throw in some subtle hay and flowers. Feel is thin, sweet, and slightly sour.
