Wild Blonde VA Farmhouse fermented with 100% Virginia 2 row malted by Copper Fox Distillery, using our "Flower" wild yeast culture from outside the brewery.

Appearance: Pours a fairly hazy honey color with a massive head that slowly fades; clumpy lacing
Smell: Shortbread malt with blossom of funky farmhouse aromatics
Taste: On the front end the sweet flavors of shortbread arrive with the farmhouse funk and leathery flavors emerging through the mid-palate; a blend of the contrasting elements merge in the finish
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: This is the closest thing to a Belgian Blonde I have encountered on this side of the Atlantic - impressive
