Brewed in the traditional spontaneous method. Made with malt, raw wheat from the farm at Sunnyside, aged hops, our well water and wood-fired. This is a blend of 2 and 4 year old spontaneous beer conditioned on cherries.

look: 4 | smell: 4.5 | taste: 4.5 | feel: 3.5 | overall: 4.25
Appearance: Pours a brilliant magenta with a quickly fading head that beomes a ringlet though it leaves speckles of lace

Smell: There is a distinct cherry aroma that is joined by some barnyard elements and oak

Taste: Sweet cherry forward but the tart element emerges quickly and is joined by the barnyard, after the swallow; the oak permeates throughout and adds a dry aspect to the finish

Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with very little carbonation; somewhat puckery

Overall: Very complex fruit flavors here but would like to see a bit more carbonation
