Brewed in the traditional spontaneous method. Made with malt, raw wheat from the Farm at Sunnyside, aged hops, our well water and wood-fired. This is a blend of 2 and 4 year old spontaneous beer conditioned on plums.

Appearance: Pours clear with the liquid the color of plum flesh; a modest head forms and fades to a ringlet, leaving spots of lace
Smell: Plum, barnyard funk and oak aromatics
Taste: Sweet plum forward with the barnyard funk and oak arriving; somewhat tart in the finish but the fruit shines to the end
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with low carbonation
Overall: These Pen Druid fruited wilds just push the fruit forward so elegantly
