I tried this beer at the brewery as part of a four sample flight. It poured a clear golden with white head that left a spotty lace. The scent had grain and subtle grass notes. The tastes was nicely balanced and easy to drink with typical pilsner hop bite with grain and grass highlights. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

Sampled in a small snifter from draft at Half Day Brewing Co. on October 15, 2019. Classic American pilsner brewed in collaboration with their friends at Crystal lake Brewing. 6 row and corn lend a unique malty sweetness that balances the moderate bitterness provided by Cluster hops. Brewed as lagers were before prohibition, this full bodied, full flavored lager is sure to bring you tight lines.
