I tried this at the brewery. It poured a cloudy yellow with white head that left some lace. The scent had floral spice notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with potpourri spice presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a solid beer.

On-tap at City Works, Doral, FL
A: The beer is crystal clear light yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that left a thin head covering the surface and a thin coating of bubbles down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of wheat and lemons are present in the nose along with hints of spices.
T: The taste follows the smell and is a little lemony with notes of wheat and hints of spices.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink. The lemon aromas and flavors lend some refreshing properties.
Serving type: on-tap

L: Pours a clear, golden color with a nice white, foamy head.
S: I smell notes of tropical fruits, perhaps mangos and pumelo. This is followed by a hint of clove with a trace of banana.
T: The smell chases the taste rather well. For being a Saison, I noticed a rather strong presence of fruit. At first, the usual spices prevail, but they soon give way to the fruitiness. This lingers into the aftertaste with a hint of banana.
F: This beer feels light, with a moderate carbonation, and a smooth finish.
O: The La Finca follows the theme of a lot of beers in South Florida, smooth and refreshing. This makes it perfect for a day at the beach or a family barbecue!
