Pour is a clean, clear pale straw-amber. A trace of head, a sheen of lacing. Nose is bread dough and a bit of pine. First sip gives up a moderated bitterness with a dry finish. Rich and full body and well-carbonated. Has that type of taste we find in domestically produced versions of Euro brews; no doubt due to the use of French and German hols and malts. Just 5.1 % ABV.

Can from The Beermongers
A clear light orange with a dense, off-white head with good retention and lacing. The nose is soft and delicately malty with a blend of rustic pils malt, dough and lemony and earthy hops. The palate opens mildly bitter with a touch of sweetness, honeyed toast, dough, pils malt, balanced by a floral, lemony hop character. Drying with a residual dough character present. Nice hop character. A touch overcarbonated. Solid.
