The Dunkelweizen is, in my mind, a terribly undervalued style in the United States. I can count on one hand the number I have seen made by American breweries. This, of course, probably has something to do with my location (the PNW), but I cannot help but feel Dunkelweizen too often plays second fiddle to its paler cousin. That all said, this one is absolutely excellent. Banana bread in a glass. Grab it if you see it!
