My can says Elderflower on Merlot
Pours butterscotch colour with a reasonable head leaving greasy lacing on my glass. I smell some sort of fieldberry on the nose. The taste is wheat ale first, fruit beer second, and I don’t detect any wine hints. Mouthfeel is smooth and medium bodied

This brewer goes for balance. Nothing stands out, everything has its place and his key word is balance. The elderflower Gewurtzträminer is about adding polish and charachter to a straightforward american wheat creating a distinctive refreshing brew.
