Expect Fresh Hop Johnny Utah to have even more grapefruit and pine aromas and flavors when we put around 1400 lbs of wet citra in to this years 60bbl batch! Thats a lot of hops.

64oz growler served in a pint glass. Bought it at Georgetown today.

Pours a hazy light straw yellow with a medium sized head. Smell is gorgeously floral, tropical, a streak of lemon zest or pine.

Taste is softer, but very rich. Get more of the malt, a little bready almost, still has the gorgeous floral with some tropical notes in there, lemon zest and pine get quite bitter and dry at the end. Something almost creamy and sweet about it, too.

Mouthfeel is light and dry. This is a great beer.

Pours a medium amber with good clarity and a loose and sudsy off-white head. Big aroma of grapefruit and resiny pine. Taste is zest of orange and grapefruit, resiny amd somewhat dry finish. Medium body with good carbonation.
