We snagged some fresh, cash money Cashmere from Cornerstone Ranches to brew our final fresh hop IPA of the season. If you close your eyes and imagine yourself skipping through a strawberry field only to trip and do a gainer (cool back flip) into a ditch filled with fruit salad you'd have a pretty good idea of what this fresh hop IPA tastes and smells like, but without the physical trauma. Contains wheat.

Malts - 2 Row Pale, White Wheat
Hops - Fresh Cashmere, Citra, Cashmere, Columbus
Yeast - English Ale Yeast

Pint poured from a growler. Growler picked up two days ago (Friday).

Pours hazy light yellow with a small head and a fairly low carbonation level. Smell is bright, grassy, and citrus.

Taste is grassy with lemon, moderate honey sweetness.

Mouthfeel is medium to light, smooth. Overall, good beer.
