With wine must of Ribolla Gialla.
Dark yellow, hazy. Fine and elegant foam.
Fresh and floral smell, white grapes, peach. Delicate but definite.
Fresh tast too, white fruit, peach, grapes. A bit of bitterness and vinous (a bit), that make it interesting and inviting.
The Ribolla must is well used.
Light in body, malt and fruit in the aftertaste, lightly vinous, not too long.
