Pours a bright, deep amber coloration with a small, fizzy head that soon fades to nothing. Smells of raspberry and not much else, although it's a nice, natural aroma. Taste follows the nose, being strongly dominated by a sweet and slightly tart raspberry flavor with very little else really coming through. Perhaps some very mild wheat and yeast notes lurking in the background. Finishes rather tart, but with a hint of sweetness and raspberry lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and light carbonation.

This is rather one-dimensional and really comes across like more of a Kettle Sour than a Saison, also because it's quite under-carbonated for the style. Still, the raspberry aroma/flavor is rather natural, with a good balance of sweetness and tartness. If I were to rate this strictly to style, the rating would probably be lower, but it does make for a decent Fruit Beer/Kettle Sour.
