Originally our brewmaster’s wedding beer - uses rye in grist, featuring an array of spicy and bitter hops with a touch of honey.

his beer pours an off-color golden with an off-white head and an aroma of malt and honey and a touch of the rye malt. It tasted a little strange on the first sip, but the more I sipped, the better I liked it. The honey taste is quite noticeable, but not overly sweet, probably due to the 108 IBUs which it doesn't taste like. Rated 2-21-2024 served in a 16oz glass
