Described as a lemon-zested Saison. Clear bright gold in the glass. Distinct citrus note goes well with the estery flavors. Pear and a touch of wintergreen. The lemon flavor really gives this a lift before the yeasty, dry taste descends. But it actually tastes just like arugula after a few sips. Lovely creamy foam and smooth mouthfeel. On tap at the brewery restaurant.
