In our ever expanding desire to explore the boundaries of what beer can be we present you with our unique interpretation of a classic style, Gose. Brewed with a large amount of wheat we then sour-mashed this beer for over 48 hours to bring on a slight tartness. Over 5 lbs/BBL of local beets from Dog River Farm in Berlin were shredded and added to the mash for sugar, flavor and color additions. While a small addition of Himalayan Pink Sea Salt at the end of the boil round out this beer and leaves you wanting to take sip after sip. Think Pink.
