Our collaboration with @mulebarvt . We had the boys from Mule Bar in Winooski, VT down to brew a collaboration a few weeks ago and this is the fruit of our labor. We brewed this beer to be a spring crusher. Light and airy with just a touch of citrusy hops this beer highlights the variety of citrus fruit that we added to it. It's meant to be a true American table beer with just a slight twist. We love this beer.

Growlette from Winooski Beverage.
This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a light yellow color with a sturdy transparency about it. Some carbonation could be seen rising at a moderate pace to fill a one finger's worth of white foamy head that swiftly glided off to leave some light clingy lace in and around a nice film coating the sides of the glass.
The aroma starts off with a sweet semi-refreshing melon character. Sweet dried grass and some citrus fleshiness rounded out the edges.
The flavor was mainly sweet running through the melon and the citrus. Mostly dry sort of clingy melon aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was light bodied with a great sessionability about it. Carbonation felt wonderful, somewhat low. ABV felt as projected. Quick dry semi-sweet melon sort of finish.
Overall, very nicely done table APA well worthy of having again and with it's respected food.
