With summer in full swing we decided to put together one of our favorite warm weather concoctions, a shandy! We teamed up with Noah from Noah's Fizzy Lemonade in Waitsfield VT to put together this all day crusher. After pressing hundreds of pounds of lemons, and blending that juice meticulously with VT maple syrup and water, Noah provided us with 50 gallons of his amazing uncarbonated Lemonade. We then blended that in our brite tank with our American Cream Ale, Early Riser. What you are left with is what we have dubbed, "Fizzy!" Its small, crushable, super refreshing and perfect for a hot summer day.
