Perfect summer beer. Really does taste like the spa with fresh cucumber and mint., very refreshing! Hazy look, smooth mouthfeel. I think this beer would be great in a cocktail with Gin, but I haven't had a chance to try it yet! Two very enthusiastic thumbs up!

Growlette share.
Everyone poured into our stanges.
My observations were as follows:
The appearance was a semi-glossy burnt yellow color with a light transparency about it but not too much - some haze did cover up some transparency trying to get through. Head quickly dissipated after I poured into correct glassware - I get it with Americanized ones of this style no worries. Yes, there wasn't any lace.
The aroma had some semi-sweet to sour and tart covered wheatiness flowing over some grassy notes. Light pickle and a touch of lemon juice.
The flavor took all of those aromas and added in the expected amount of acidity, somewhat low yet there. Mild acidic to pickle sort of aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was light bodied with some crushable aspects about it. Carbonation felt somewhat low but I expected that. ABV felt appropriate. Clean semi-sour to pickle juicy sort of finish, light acidity.
Overall, weird Berliner Weisse, but I have to admit, I think I liked it. I'd have again for me.
