Good City was one of the stops on our Milwaukee tour. I heard a lot of good things about their High Density so I went there hoping to get a taste. They had a 2019 bottle available for purchase so I grabbed it. The stout is very similar to BCBS in profile. It has sticky bourbon complimented by acidic dark fruit. I think the fact that it was a bit aged helped because it had a great chewy, grown up body.
