This Imperial Milk Stout was created to mimic a Pina Colada. It was brewed with a plethora of specialty malts including chocolate, de-bittered black malt and roasted barley. We added a huge addition of milk sugar at the end of the boil followed by the addition of vanilla sugar. Post fermentation it was conditioned on over 8 lbs/bbl of toasted coconut as well as pineapple puree and more Tahitian vanilla beans.
