When we were asked to brew one off beers for the beer fest Beervana in Providence, RI we immediately knew we wanted to brew an imperial version of our chocolate & peanut butter beer "Business Attire". We set to crafting the grain bill consisting of some of our favorite dark malts and a large amount of flaked and malted oats for a roasty, chocolaty and smooth mouthfeel. We finished the beer with a large amount of dark brown sugar and lactose to increase the decadence and the overall impression of dessert in a glass. Post fermentation we racked the beer onto many pounds of peanut butter powder and chocolate powder. It is super rich and drinks like a milkshake.

750 ml. growler filled 2 days ago at the brewery.
Moderate pour yields a 3/4 inch tan head over a coffee black body with some lacing. Nose of milk chocolate and peanuts. Taste mirrors nose. Period! No, really; aromas and flavors are identical in this one. Finishes with peanuts, dark chocolate, and bitter chocolate. Nice feel and overall, if you're looking for a chocolate covered peanut beer, look no further! Cheers to Scott and crew for this deliciousness!!
