This big Double IPA was brewed to celebrate our five year anniversary. It was brewed with our standard blend of wheat and oats malts for a fluffy, smooth and soft mouthfeel. Hopped rather aggressively with a blend of three New Zealand hops including Rakau, Motueka, and Motuere. Then fermented with a traditional, yeast in order to allow the hops to shine. We get massive notes of lime zest, tropical fruit baskets, fruit stripe gum and a touch of resinous pine. Here's to five more years! Cheers.
