I tried this beer at the brewery. It poured a clear golden with white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had hint of toast and bread. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with cracker being present. The mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a solid beer and I would characterize this as more a kolsch than apa.
