A clean Easy drinking ale built of malted barley from the Malting Company of Ireland and traditional East Kent Goldings hops, fermented with Irish yeast. Its initial crystal malt sweetness yields to a tang of roasted barley with low hopping rates, exhibiting a lovely lacy head.

Listed as an Irish red on the website, taste (and I think the description in-house) much more consistent with an IPA.
L: Amber/red, clear, moderate head
S: Citrus, biscuit, ginger, floral, pepper
T: Mild upfront malty flavor followed by a hard kick of citrus at the end with a ginger note.
O: Delicious IPA, very hoppy. I think it is East Kent Golding hops.
