Munich and caramel malts from Bamberg, Germany, give this seasonal bier a smooth, bread-like flavor with a slight sweetness. German Perle and Northern Brewer hops finish out this traditional fall-time, Stockyards favorite.

On tap. Poured a clear, golden amber color with a small, tan head of foam. It smelled of caramel, toffee and some floral notes. Sweet caramel and toffee with a mild bitterness.
