Pours a translucent yellow with a finger of white foam that clings to the top of the beer and glass well. Aroma is pineapple, mango and papaya and herbal, floral hops. Light biscuity, bready malts add a little extra body, but overall the aroma is dry and short. Flavor profile is fruit puree - pineapple, papaya, guava, and orange zest- with herbal, floral, resiny hops and a sudden dry finish. Finish leaves a little hop and malt bitterness lingering on the tongue. Malts hit notes of bready and biscuity. Mouth feel is a sharp crispness with a medium thickness, making for an extremely refreshing beer. Overall, a very sharp dryness and crispness to this one netting a refreshing beer.
