Very hazy/opaque straw yellow color with a modest but lasting foamy off white head with some lacing.
The aroma is citrus, peach, pineapple with hints of honey and grain.
The taste is luscious peach, tangerine, pineapple with a touch of grapefruit, honey, caramel and wheat, slightly sweet, slightly tart. The finish is dry with lingering citrus zest, mild bitterness, nice balance.
The body is full, good level of carbonation, smooth and very drinkable. Altogether, this is a tasty and refreshing brew, should go well with most food, particularly barbecue and hearty fare, nice cooler for summer activities, well done.
