Brut IPA
Limited Release Can 6
Dry-hopped with Loral, Hallertau blanc, El Dorado and Mosaic, this beer finishes dry and refreshing, with citrusy undertones.
Being hailed a "Bay Area Style," we chose to brew a Brut IPA with our 3rd Street neighbors and good friends at Triple Voodoo Brewery. In the spirit of neighbors, we also brewed using pilsner malt, malted at Admiral Maltings in Alameda, CA.
This beer was brewed in honor of Sam Jordan, an African American businessman and longtime Bayview community leader and activist.

My 2nd Brut IPA, and I just want more and more.
Really nice hoppy aroma and flavor. The feel is the unique showcase, ultra clean and dry as can be with just a hint of bitterness. Overall excellent beer - I love this new style, it's just so flavorful, refined-feeling, and approachable.
