This pours a clear amber color with plenty of foam in the Duvel tulip. Hops are listed as Simcoe, Strata, and Amarillo. This is so smooth and malty at first sip, but very hoppy. Some slight fruit flavors. Then a dry mineral finish with moderate bitterness. Aroma is subdued with hints of resin and citrus peel.
Very clean tasting with some astringency in the aftertaste. Overall this is a classic IPA, though a little short on aromatics. From the 16 oz can delivered from City Beer. Dated 10/15/20 on the bottom.
