It looks delicious. Nice apricot color. Aroma is mainly funky with a hint of fruitiness. Very tart tasting. It is hard to differentiate the different flavors when the beer is this tart. I taste some unripened and unripened apricot. Not my favorite sour from laughing monk.

This Kettle Sour with Plum & Apricot is tasty but light. The fruit comes through and it's fine on its own as a sipper but the flavors are not intense enough for a food pairing with anything but lighter fare
