In their search for the greatest hops on earth, the monks were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn’t stop to think if they should. Well, they did, and Clever Girl West Coast IPA is a celebration of big, bold, hop character. Dry-hopped with Nelson Hops, this beer is danker than a dead dinosaur.

Here we go with our latest installment of "add a beer to this Next Glass database." But wait, there's more! We're also going to generate content in the form of a review. Respect Next Glass!
Pours crystal clear golden into a 1918 Marquette jersey pint glass. Neat Jurassic Park inspired label. Good ol' Latino heat microbrawler in front. 1.25" white head. Nice danky Nelson aroma, you know all the descriptors, white grape, gooseberry, weed, body odor humidity, garlic, onion etc. . .
The taste is just a straight up having a good time punchy Nelson hop in big quantities upside a crisp west coast minimal barley body. Its the type that is so good I make sure to have the gf try it because she will hate it so much and that brings me joy when it comes to the Nelson hop. I'm not really sure why we don't hear more about this brewery, it might be the exodus from the bay area that is weighing on it. But they're getting to be pretty consistent in the ~10 or so beers I've had from them.
