Effervescent, light and flavourful belgian beer that will bring you out of a Winter funk. Fantastic banana character, and notes of hoppy citrus and fruit.

on tap at the brewery, my sample was 5.9% ABV - poured a pale hazed straw color with a 1 finger white cap....aromas of boiled grains, pit fruit, some mustiness and hints of banana....sharp in the palate, dry character, effervescent.....Flavor has fruity esters - peach, some pear and strong banana tones, medium bittering over a solid malt base....dry fruity finish...a growler of this brightened up a cold rainy November afternoon
