500 ml bottle into pint glass, no bottle dating. Pours slightly hazy/cloudy pale golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and rocky white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts the whole glass. Thick soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of lemon, orange peel, coriander, pear, apple, peppercorn, clove, wheat, cracker, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, spices, earthy hops, and light-moderate pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, orange peel, coriander, pear, apple, peppercorn, clove, wheat, cracker, biscuit, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate peppery yeast spiciness and light herbal/grassy/citrus peel bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, orange peel, coriander, pear, apple, peppercorn, clove, wheat, cracker, biscuit, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, spices, earthy hops, and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness balance, and zero astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from bitter/spiciness and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth and moderately bready/grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.3%. Overall this is a very good witbier. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, spices, earthy hops, and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink with the mellowly bitter/spicy/drying finish. Really great balance of all flavors. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

12 ounce bottle, bottled on 11/10/16. Served in a pint glass, the beer pours a hazy gold color with about an inch white head. Head retention is good, and the lacing is decent enough. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like wheat/grainy malt, coriander, and orange peel. Taste is similar to the aroma, I think the wheat/grainy malt flavor is a little stronger compared to the coriander and orange peel. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it's smooth, refreshing and easy enough to drink. It would be a pretty good summer beer for me. I liked it overall, it's a good enjoyable brew. $2.19 for a single bottle.

Pours a hazy yellow with a bubbly white head. The nose is spicy yeast, touches of citrus and wheat. The taste follows suit with a nice bready body, spices and a hint of citrus. Overall, it's what a wit should be; refreshing, drinkable and leaves you going back for another sip.
