This beer pours a golden amber hue with little head. It looks like a cider when decanted.
The aroma is peach, green apple, and wine.
It has a green apple taste up front. Peach comes through the middle. It is sour throughout. It has a dry vinous finish.
Light bodied with a dry mouthfeel
I am pleasantly surprised by this beer. Not that I think Kindred is a poor brewery, but surprised at how delightfully sour it is. It drinks like a combination of peach champagne and a dry, white wine.
