This beer pours copper colored with burnt orange highlights. It has a slight haze to it.
Nice sour notes. I get green apple. I get some underlying dates and figs.
Great sour flavor. Kind of earthy through the middle. Green apple. Slightly funky
Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel
I think this beer is around 7 years old. It has aged well.
