330ml bottle poured into a pint glass.
Mildly hazed golden orange color, it tops with one and a half finger of off-white foamy head that stays for a while with decent retention. It sinks to some bubble sheet atop and leaves some lacing on the glass-side.
In a nose, citrus, pine, mango, unique note of strange fruit (maybe from the local ingredient), floral, sweet barley malt, some caramel too.
It is led by malt through the palate sensation with notes of sweetness and caramel. There is some citrus zest, mango, pine, and ripe fruit to join in together with some hop bitterness.
Medium body with quite smooth mouthfeel and rather low to moderate crisp carbonation, finish is quite dry.
Very malty with lots of sweetness and caramel, it is nicely mix with fruitiness and some touch of local feel.

Probably not too fair to give this beer a full review as it was 10-11 months old but I am. Pours a beautiful amber to orange very SNPA like. Nose is of extremely overripe fruits, mangos, oranges. Taste is of heavy sweet malt and overripe fruit. I am assuming this is because of the age of this beer as the hop profile seems muddled and stale those giving me that overripe not crisp feel to the tropical and citrus notes. Medium bodied albeit a bit oily on the mouthfeel (age again?) This beer says it's a Saison and by its name I thought it was a pale ale. It was a little bit undercarbed and why wouldn't it be given a year on it and it's trip from Tibet to my home in Idaho.. Cool bottle tho.
