Just like Son Of A Peach but with enough heat from the habaneros to counterbalance both the sweetness of the peaches and the lack of carbonation due to the firkin treatment. Said differently, the heat (more pronounced than most beers I've had with added peppers) would have been too much with a more prickly mouthfeel.
